The Challenge

The problem to solve.

A specialist trade business with no real web presence is invisible to anyone who does not already know its name. Buyers looking for entrance automation search for the problem, not the company, and increasingly they ask an AI assistant rather than scrolling results. Without a site that either can read properly, the business only gets found by referral.

Our Approach

How we approached it.

We built the site from scratch rather than dressing up a template, so the structure matches how the work is actually bought: what the systems are, what gets installed and serviced, and who it is for. Then we treated search as ongoing work rather than a launch task, covering both traditional SEO and AI SEO, because being quoted in an AI answer and ranking in results draw on the same foundations.

What We Built

What we built.

The site is structured so each section answers one question a buyer would actually ask, with content in real text that both search engines and AI assistants can extract. On top of that we run continuing SEO and AI SEO work rather than treating the launch as the finish line.

The product pages are built the same way. The pages for high speed doors, the motorized rolling shutter and dock levellers each set out the specifications and a list of frequently asked questions for that product.

Site

Yadav Entrance Automation has a website built for how the business is bought, and search work continuing on it. We are not publishing ranking or traffic figures here. The engagement is ongoing and we would rather report measured numbers later than estimated ones now.

Frequently asked

Questions about the Yadav Entrance Automation project.

What is AI SEO, in plain terms?

It is making sure that when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI answers about your kind of work, your business is one of the ones named. It relies on the same fundamentals as normal SEO: real text, clear structure, and content that answers the question directly.

Is AI SEO separate work from normal SEO?

Mostly not, and anyone selling it as a separate trick is overselling. Google states there is no special markup or file that gets you into AI answers. What helps is being crawlable, being clearly structured, and answering the question directly.

Why build from scratch instead of using a template?

A template decides your structure before anyone has thought about how your work is bought. For a specialist trade that usually means the pages a buyer needs are missing and the pages nobody wants are prominent.

How long before search work shows results?

Branded searches for the company name tend to come first, usually within weeks of launch. Competitive service terms take longer, typically months, and depend on how contested the category is. Anyone promising a fixed timeline is guessing.

What should a product page for industrial doors include?

What the product is for, the sizes and specifications, the materials and motor options, where it is typically installed, and the questions buyers ask before ordering. Each of the Yadav product pages sets out the specifications and a list of frequently asked questions for that product.

Why is the site hand-built instead of on a page builder?

A hand-built site ships only the code each page needs, so it loads fast and is easy for search engines and AI crawlers to read. It also lets every page follow the structure that suits that product, rather than a theme’s defaults.

What is llms.txt and does this site have one?

llms.txt is a plain text summary at the root of a website that tells AI assistants what the business does and which pages matter. The Yadav site publishes one, alongside its sitemap and structured data.

Can a manufacturer rank in Google without a blog?

Yes, if the product and service pages answer buyer questions well. Many industrial searches are for a product type, so a strong page per product often does more than general blog posts. A blog helps later with related questions.
