What we were up against.

As a creative agency, Fliying Pixel needed a website that walked the talk. Their existing portfolio was visually appealing but functionally weak — it was not converting visitors into inquiries. They needed a balance of stunning aesthetics and rigorous conversion rate optimization (CRO). The site had to look like it was made by a creative agency you would actually hire, while still moving the prospect through a clear inquiry funnel and feeding the CRM cleanly enough that the team could follow up the same day.

How we attacked it.

We split the design and the conversion architecture into two parallel tracks. The design track focused on what every creative agency cares about — the portfolio shots, the typography, the motion — while the CRO track quietly engineered the conversion funnel beneath it: above-the-fold inquiry forms, exit-intent capture, content-pillar landing pages mapped to specific service queries, and Velo-driven personalization for returning visitors.
